Shipping Info
We package with ONLY bubble mailer certified envelopes (for CD's) and U-Line cardstock mailers with inner protective card board with ALL vinyl orders! :) We ship with USPS, UPS and or Fed Ex depending on the buyer's request. Our standard method is the United States Postal Service, delivery confirmation is available for additional cost. All orders outside of the US will be sent with USPS International Air Mail, it's usually 1-3 weeks on average but we've seen packages arrive in days and others in months. Please don't blame us for Postal malfunctions! We will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen items but we'll do our best to help get your items there and make sure you're happy with your orders. Customs clearance numbers are available upon request as it's the only piece of information we'll have for international shipments unless you choose Express Mail Service, although keep in mind it does cost a small fortune! ;)

Echospace assumes no responsibility for any mail order once it is in the hands of postal services, UPS or Fedex in the United States or elsewhere. We will not replace or refund those orders that are lost or damaged in transit by forces and organizations beyond our control.

Return Policy
Any CD damaged in transit will be replaced but the shipping expenses will be on the buyer unless insurance is requested and paid for. Unfortunetely we cannot replace vinyl damaged in transit but keep in mind we do our best to package the items as safely as humanly possible. In over 1000+ mail order items shipped we've only had 5 or 10 claims of damaged goods, considering it's the post office those statistics aren't so bad!
